Salt Springs has treated me well... I plan to head off tommarow morning... My Japanese friend Ashskull said she wants to go with me to Singing Alive... I have 2 days to get there.. it should be easy breezy.... Last night, I stayed @ Sally Sunshine's house and we watch a video of rainbow from Arizona 10 years ago... I saw David Star, Glowing Feather and many other familiar faces... it was really fun talking about rainbow and all the good and bad things going on in our world... It's a really good scene here in Salt Spring...
Rainbow has affected this world SOO MUCH!!! It's so amazing!!! It creates SOO much freedom for our spirits and minds!!! So many people motivated by love and beauty, NOT MONEY! Competition and material gain are NOT the only motivaters in this world... When we work for love for people we love it creates such amazing magic and beauty... Its time to WORK FOR LOVE!!!! working for money is shutting down spirits and destroying the environment that sustains us... Work for the whole and the whole works for us! WE have much abundance!
The times are changing and WE ARE THE CHANGE WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!

Salt Springs Yoga (Yellow Magnetic Warrior)
I've been staying @ my friend Zack's house there's a bunch of folks from the gathering there and he's a really cool guy... It's amazing how a bunch of people are happy and content in a tiny space when they are welcomed there... I've stayed in huge houses, in a small corner, where the owner of the house or the landlord has a slight issue with people being there and it causes SOO MUCH drama and uncomfortable feeling... I'm so happy to know such beautiful people! 've been going to the yoga center here! It's really beautiful and has fruit trees everywhere... I went and did Kirtan with them yesterday and to a yoga class that my friend, Leslie, was teaching this morning... I think yoga centers and ashrams are high centers of consciousness and I like to be near them and live @ them.. it effects the whole island, SOO MUCH!
Will I Am made me an Mbira with my Galactic Seal on the front and a hunab-ku on the back... I'm excited to get it! I already know a few traditional songs of the Shona people of Zimbabwe! Hopefully I'll get it, soon!

Salt Spring.. rainbow country!
"Blue Cosmic Eagle"
Cat and Shannon showed up yesterday! As did DaDa a yogi who dresses in an orange robe... He is staying with Liila and Tuhin @ a friend's house... We stayed in the woods... (Cat, Shannon, James, Elek, Fox, Lance and me) it was a good night, but we got warning this morning that the authorities are going to be searching the woods tonight and giving out $100 fines, so we are going to stay with some friends... it was nice to receive the blessings of this beautiful forest, though!! There is soo much beautiful family here! I'm soo happy!@ :-)
Yesterday, I ran into Cassandra who was leaving the rainbow gathering as we got there... I went grocery shopping with her and we made some awesome, healthy foods.... she's healing from some things and wants my help to get her eating good and thinking good! I'm SOOO EXCITED to be helping someone learn to heal themself! This is one of my favorite ways to contribute energy!! She REALLY appreciates it, too! We made Green smoothies and bliss balls... I plan to make more food with her in the upcoming days!
Kristen focalized another heart dance circle... very activating and connecting, of course!!! More people this time! Then we all went around and shared our philosophies and methods of sustaining ourselves.... Most people in the circle were pretty happy about how they live their lives and enjoy what they put there energy into... It was very inspirational to hear how different people get by.... The main topic that came up is SIMPLICITY and people want to get rid of stuff....
A friend said that before she did yoga, she always wanted more stuff and a bigger house and a new car... since starting to practice yoga, she's been finding peace and entertainment INSIDE and has been more focused on getting rid of and giving stuff away!!!! The amazing power of just a little bit of consciousness and mediation!
Personally, I intend to FOLLOW MY HEART and act OUT OF LOVE, never with any fear... If I don't want to do something with all my heart in that moment, I'm not meant to! I act out of LOVE! Trusting that I am in sync with harmony... When we are working for the ONE, the ONE will work for us! We are in perfect sync with the harmony of nature and ALL dreams and thoughts are in alignment with that harmony! Do not resist the creative energy flow... let it flow free! Time is ART!!

Salt Springs Activation!

What a beautiful town!! Stayed with some friends from the rainbow in the forest last night.. really beautiful big trees!!! I LOVE rainbow, SO MUCH!!!! The best part is after the gathering lots of the time! Bringing the light to the mainstream of consciousness... We did a heart dance circle @ the yoga space last night and it was totally activating and connecting!! One girl said it was the best movement class she had ever been to... tonight we're having a discussion and public forum about tent villages, living for free, without rent and finding ways in which us people can do thing that we WANT to do, ALWAYS! and never waste energy doing things that we don't want to do and arent for the greatest good of the planet and community!!! FOLLOW OUR HEARTS AND WE ARE FREE AND IN HARMONY WITH THE UNIVERSE!!!

Hanging in Ganges! Welcome Home!

I'm now in Ganges on Salt Spring Island... As soon as I got off the ferry, there was Colin and Kristen from the gathering to welcome me home... I came with James, who we hippienapped from Vancouver for a couple days, also Liila and Tuhin... James and I stayed in a beautiful cabin with a garden and sauna last night.... Liila and TUhin stayed with some other friends... We did sauna @ the house and made some good food with Kristen... James and I had done a sauna the day before in Vancouver, also... gettin' pure and clean... just by trusting the flow! THere are energy workshops that Kristen is putting on all weekend here, starting today, I can incorporate some human mandalas and enrgy games that I am good @ sharing, also.. It should be really fun.... Lot's of good vibes and friendly people here... It pulled me right in and I have a bunch of beautiful places to stayed and beautiful friends evewrywhere, as well as blackberrys, apples, seaweed and wild greens!! Time to go!
