Salt Spring.. rainbow country!

Cat and Shannon showed up yesterday! As did DaDa a yogi who dresses in an orange robe... He is staying with Liila and Tuhin @ a friend's house... We stayed in the woods... (Cat, Shannon, James, Elek, Fox, Lance and me) it was a good night, but we got warning this morning that the authorities are going to be searching the woods tonight and giving out $100 fines, so we are going to stay with some friends... it was nice to receive the blessings of this beautiful forest, though!! There is soo much beautiful family here! I'm soo happy!@ :-)

Yesterday, I ran into Cassandra who was leaving the rainbow gathering as we got there... I went grocery shopping with her and we made some awesome, healthy foods.... she's healing from some things and wants my help to get her eating good and thinking good! I'm SOOO EXCITED to be helping someone learn to heal themself! This is one of my favorite ways to contribute energy!! She REALLY appreciates it, too! We made Green smoothies and bliss balls... I plan to make more food with her in the upcoming days!

Kristen focalized another heart dance circle... very activating and connecting, of course!!! More people this time! Then we all went around and shared our philosophies and methods of sustaining ourselves.... Most people in the circle were pretty happy about how they live their lives and enjoy what they put there energy into... It was very inspirational to hear how different people get by.... The main topic that came up is SIMPLICITY and people want to get rid of stuff....

A friend said that before she did yoga, she always wanted more stuff and a bigger house and a new car... since starting to practice yoga, she's been finding peace and entertainment INSIDE and has been more focused on getting rid of and giving stuff away!!!! The amazing power of just a little bit of consciousness and mediation!

Personally, I intend to FOLLOW MY HEART and act OUT OF LOVE, never with any fear... If I don't want to do something with all my heart in that moment, I'm not meant to! I act out of LOVE! Trusting that I am in sync with harmony... When we are working for the ONE, the ONE will work for us! We are in perfect sync with the harmony of nature and ALL dreams and thoughts are in alignment with that harmony! Do not resist the creative energy flow... let it flow free! Time is ART!!

Salt Springs Activation!

What a beautiful town!! Stayed with some friends from the rainbow in the forest last night.. really beautiful big trees!!! I LOVE rainbow, SO MUCH!!!! The best part is after the gathering lots of the time! Bringing the light to the mainstream of consciousness... We did a heart dance circle @ the yoga space last night and it was totally activating and connecting!! One girl said it was the best movement class she had ever been to... tonight we're having a discussion and public forum about tent villages, living for free, without rent and finding ways in which us people can do thing that we WANT to do, ALWAYS! and never waste energy doing things that we don't want to do and arent for the greatest good of the planet and community!!! FOLLOW OUR HEARTS AND WE ARE FREE AND IN HARMONY WITH THE UNIVERSE!!!

Hanging in Ganges! Welcome Home!

I'm now in Ganges on Salt Spring Island... As soon as I got off the ferry, there was Colin and Kristen from the gathering to welcome me home... I came with James, who we hippienapped from Vancouver for a couple days, also Liila and Tuhin... James and I stayed in a beautiful cabin with a garden and sauna last night.... Liila and TUhin stayed with some other friends... We did sauna @ the house and made some good food with Kristen... James and I had done a sauna the day before in Vancouver, also... gettin' pure and clean... just by trusting the flow! THere are energy workshops that Kristen is putting on all weekend here, starting today, I can incorporate some human mandalas and enrgy games that I am good @ sharing, also.. It should be really fun.... Lot's of good vibes and friendly people here... It pulled me right in and I have a bunch of beautiful places to stayed and beautiful friends evewrywhere, as well as blackberrys, apples, seaweed and wild greens!! Time to go!

Vancouver! Big City Action!

Here I am in the big city, Vancouver! It's a nice city, of tyhe giant metropolii... The past 2 nights we stayed near Jericho Beach... the first night our friend treated us to a hostel after feeling bad cause he had invited us to stay @ his house, but had to change his plans... It was nice to meet all kinds of international travelers....

We camped in the woods last night, it was very comfortable and noone bothered us... I woke up early and did yoga with a freidn I had met @ the festival in Robert's Creek and @ the same moment I met my friend, my friend James, from the gathering, showed up in the same spot. He took us back to his apartment and we cleaned it with him and did a cleansing and purification ceremony.. I think it will really help him out to have a nice clean space... We made some food and went to a gym where I got a free trial membership and we did a nice sauna... it was great.. so healing for me... Right now we are @ Jame's parent's house, we are spending the night here and headed to Salt Spring tommarow morning... My friend's are renting out a yoga/dance space all weekend for everyone to do movement, meditation, healing and discussion... I'm really excited! Lots of great people there! Will said he'll have an Mbira (Zimbabwe thumb piano) for me...

I'll be putting more photos, soon... we've been having a hard time getting them online, but I think it's working, finally...

I went to the Robert's Creek Daze yesterday... really fun... It was @ the mandala and I called in the maya day spirits then me and Tuhi did lots of spinning mayan handshake around the hunab-ku in the center... I went to a beautiful yoga class on the beach... I think yoga centers are an awesome center of consciousness in our world... I intend to attend more classes and spend more time @ yoga centers while travelling... They feel like safe spaces and it's fun to meditate, pray and exercise with a big crew.... 

I shared mayan knowledge with some people I met and it was received very well... Always activating, celebrating and re-creating!!! Ayum Hunab-ku Eva-maya Emah-ho!! (All hail to the harmony of mind and nature!)

I met some nice people and an old lady named Mary took me to her friends house and we shared dinner and did a bunch of chanting.. mostly bhajans... they were really thrilled to meet me and sing with me... They said that they are starting a chanting group.. much with my inspiration.... 

I then went to a show... "Adam Shake" it was electronic music with digeridoo and drums and positive chanting... they did a water prayer  and talked about water crystals... it was fun and I met some good people.... The music made me uncontrollably shake and spin and dance ecstatically all night... powerful vibrations.... There was much alcohol there though, which , for me significantly lowers the vibration... I feel there is a VERY different culture here than in the states.. at least here in robert's creek... It felt like people were clicky and disempowering towards me just because they hadn't met me before... I'm really not used to this, it was difficult for me to find aligned spirits although there were a few... of course~!!!! Someone asked if I wanted to record music with him in Wilson Creek, but I forgot his to get his info... I might stop by that town and see if I can find him... I was thinking I'd like to record some music just a bit before his mentioned it, so it might be in sync.... I'm @ Meme, Chis and Ariadne's house... it's been raining today... but we might head toward Vancouver anyway... my mind is more focused on Salt Springs, though... a bunch of family is there... Sunshine Coast ACTIVATE!!!

Well... here it is the first blog post, so I don't have to keep emailing EVERYONE the same emails... I am now in GIBSON, BC on the Sunshine Coast in Canada... I stayed last night @ my good friend's Meme, Chris and Ariadne's house in Robert's Creek... I am travelling with my friends from Rainbow... Lila and her son Tuhi... they are from Norway and have been travelling for a while... Lila is very much into Ananda Marga... an Indian Yogi and she is inspiring me to do more meditation and chanting.... I am planning to hang out here at least until tomarrow for a festival "Creek Daze" Roberts... Robert's Creek is intersesting it has a huge mandala mural in the center of town (VERY small town) the mandala has all the mayan glyphs and a hunab ku in the center... Seems like nice people around... but it's not pulling me very hard here to stay longer.... The rainbow gathering was in a beautiful place with REALLY big trees and we were all drinking out of the river... beautiful... maybe 50 people @ the peak in the full moon... Many sacred beautiful people, but many discordant destructive spirits as well... I met many good friends that I will meet up with over and over.....

I plan to go with Lila and Tuhi to Vancouver City in a few days... I plan to do a LIVING FOODS workshop while I'm there for some friend that want to learn more... then probably to Salt Springs where a friend offered to take me kayaking on the ocean... then make my way to "singing Alive" in Washington http://www.tribesofcreation.com/pages/singingalive.html which is a song sharing gathering....

I'm glad I can keep my friends and family updated on my adventures and I pray that is blog is an insperation
